As for the branding of The Green Ribbon Party Planning Co.… I just included a few images of the large amount of things we have done!

Business cards.. thick cranes cardstock.. and each color is printed in it’s own pantone… **swoon** Worth every penny.. when someone hands you this card.. you MELT.

I love the fonts.. I love the colors..It’s like Jonathon Adler met Kate Spade. Bright, Fun… yet has this understated elegance to it. It makes me want to run out and purchase 20 Kate Spade bangles. haha!

Yes. I am the Girl that is taking more pictures of Logos, signage, and well anything with beautiful typography… more than the people I am with. I just get so inspired every time that I get a *getaway*.. I can’t stop snapping. I am just going to point out a few highlights of these inspiring images.. and will let you just drool over the rest.

#1. Bouchon’s menu. BRILLIANT. love the kraft paper.. love that a fancy restaurant has a down-to-earth menu. In case anyone is going to Napa anytime soon.. get a reservation here.. it is melt in your mouth delicious.

#2. st. helena olive oil co. packaging LOVE… i drooled.. I even spent 40 dollars on salt.. why?! it is because it was so beautifully packaged of course!

#3. Mc Clure’s Pickles + other goods from Dean and Deluca… things I hate. pickles and marshmallows… look so gorgeous.. all because of their packaging… that I honestly want to gobble them up..

The reason for this trip was to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday…. so I LOVE YOU BRIAN PYKE!!! and happy happy birthday… If you ever want a *peek* into our life.. my husband is hilarious on twitter… follow him at @brianpyke.  I guarantee you won’t regret it!

I loved getting to help Mica with all of her branding! I am just so happy as we keep doing more and more pieces!

I am highlight just a few.. since I could go on and on and on about her fabulous bakery. I also wanted to highlight the images that were taken by Tim Gosnell.

Menu: LOVE this! Mica actually framed it in an ornate frame.. I think that it just has such a special touch.

I LOVE KELSEY. There. I said it. She is AMAZING. Not only is fabulous at what she does.. she has the most sparkling personality that I have come across in a long long time.. she always makes me laugh!!! I almost DIED when she showed me what she wanted for her color palette…

***swoon*** The color combo is so different and it just reflects Kelsey’s personality so well!!! The best part about her branding is the mix between the bold letters of her initials and the whimsical flower that lays behind it. I am so happy with all of Kelsey’s Branding.. I LOVE PORTLAND!!!!

o.k. now that I got that out of my system.. I just had to give a shout out to my most recent vacation. I did not take my computer with me.. so it actually counts as a vacation!!! I *obviously* couldn’t get away from good design though… so I just had to share a blogpost on great logos, signage, and amazing typography that was all throughout the city! check out the images throughout the post and really focus on the SIMPLICITY of each icon and typography.. they are divine! *swoon* My husband and I stayed at the nines hotel.. ( which also has a fabulous logo might i add.) and it was AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend that you stay there if you are in Portland anytime soon.. I added a few personal pictures at the bottom.. just because I can’t resist my boys!

**yes!** I was stopped and people asked me why I was taking pictures of signs.. haha! that’s what happens when you love good type!

I am beyond EXCITED to share these images from Erin Kate with you!! I just LOVE how her branding has turned out.. Her new website is HERE. We printed the Letterpress cards through Posh-Paperie. I just LOVE the thickness of Cranes 220 lb. there is really NOTHING that compares to beautifully done letterpress.. and It is WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! I just love the simplified elegance that Erin’s branding portrays. I know that it will stand the test of time.. and it brings such a Romantic feel to all of her images!!

I am so HAPPY to share with you about Sharon De La O’s fabulous new look. I have enjoyed working with her SO MUCH!!! Her emails and her inspirations have been so pleasant! I FULLY BLAME HER… for my new addiction to pinterest. !! haha!! She sent me all her inspirations Via Pinterest.. and yes.. I now have a tab on my browser dedicated that that lovely delight!!

Sharon wanted a look that had a ” free flowing ” feel to it. Sophisticated + Classy… yet still a touch of fun!

I think that we nailed it.  It might be that I am OBSESSED with her watermark font right now. or it could be because I love the deep red… or the slightly distressed… or the fact that I just really love Sharon and her work. haha!

First things First.. I apologize to anyone whose work is on this site.. These are just imagines that I have collected over time and saved in my inspiration folder.. I never thought I would post them.But since my website and blog have just had a fresh clean start.. I thought I would share a little bit of what inspires me. I am always telling my clients.. less is more.. LESS IS MORE. and so I thought to myself.. I should be doing the same thing. I took off the backdrops that used to be on my site and decided to focus on just the designs. The reason all these images inspired me is because I love the SIMPLICITY of them.

I love the crisp whites, the simple typography, and of course.. I love the natural feel of the fruit. I hope that I have inspired you to take your brand and focus on what matters..
